Q. Will a video sign bother my customers?
A. No, we do not advise that you use sound with the videos. We get the message across by using innovative movement and labeling.

Q. Do all businesses benefit from video signage?
A. From our experience, 95% of business are very good at marketing their business outside of the premises but are very poor at marketing within their four wall and these are the businesses that will vastly improve bringing an existing customer base back. Obviously, some businesses, such as home based businesses will not benefit from in house marketing

Q. Will I have to install high speed internet or some kind of network to have a video sign?
A. No. Our system does not require the need to add the internet allowing you to keep your costs

Q. I have heard these systems cost thousands. Why is your system so inexpensive??
A. The reason is that we are not selling technology. Our goal is to provide excellent quality at affordable prices.  We deliver to our clients exactly what they need to market their businesses effectively. In this regard, a high quality digital rendering with a compatible system is all that is needed....not an expensive network. As a matter of fact, you may already have most of the technology needed to reach your customers.

Q. " I am not that creative. Am I expected to come up with ideas to market my business ??
Do I have to come up with all the ideas to market my business?"
A.  Absolutely not!! We recognize that as a business owner your time is valuable and probably better spent speaking with your clients or developing your staff. We are consultants and will spend time with you sharing our expertise and planning your video to address your needs and goals.  All your suggestions are always welcome.....and we will share our experience with you to make the most effective program possible come to life!

Q.  Once my Video Sign is completed, can we make changes?
A. Our program is very flexible. Changes can be made at any time so that your message changes with your business needs. We offer special packages to address those needs and make your advertising as inexpensive and effective as possible. Remember, our goal is always to provide high quality at affordable prices.
